Packaging Variations
As we produce and restock in batches, the packaging, labelling, or container design you receive may occasionally differ from the images shown on our website. The product brand might be mixed with another brand selling the same due to ultra high demand. This is a normal part of ongoing production and supplier updates, and product images are provided for illustration purposes only. In every case, the product inside contains the same formulation, ingredients, quantity, and quality. Because the product itself is unchanged, a difference in packaging appearance alone does not qualify as damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly not as described, and is not eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Non-Eligible Refunds The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances: Refund requests submitted outside of the 30-day guarantee period Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 30-day window Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled Differences in packaging, labeling, or container appearance where the product formulation and contents are unchanged Requests made outside the stated policy terms No exceptions are made beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Subscriptions
If your order includes a subscription, it is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription within the 30-day guarantee period. Subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, or canceling their subscription prior to renewal, and failure to do so does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Change-of-Mind Policy
If a customer simply changes their mind after receiving the product, this does not automatically qualify for a refund under the risk-free guarantee. However, change-of-mind requests may still be reviewed within the 30-day period and may be approved at our discretion depending on the situation.
